    filter AS adjacency files into AS graph adjacency matrices

     NOTE: The notation for AS sets changed.  They were
           formerly enclosed in curly braces; e.g., {32,54}
           and 20_{32,54}.  The current notation is the same but
           without the curly braces; e.g., 32,54 and 20_32,54.

           For robustness, your processing scripts/programs
           should handle both notations.
